KZN man arrested with R500 000 in counterfeit cash
A man was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly printing counterfeit money in his home in Montclair, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal police said. The 44-year-old was caught in the early hours of Wednesday morning during an operation involving police and the Durban Hawks, spokesperson for the Ethekwini Inner police cluster, Priya Nunkumar said. Counterfeit money with an estimated value of R500 000 was confiscated, along with two printers and ink.
