Unions won't have to tell members how funds are spent and Easter Sunday will become a public holiday under new industrial laws passed in Queensland. Collective bargaining will also be re-introduced as part of the laws, which the Labor government says restores fairness for public sector workers but have been slammed by the Liberal National Party opposition.
