Amazon's 'Great Indian Festive' sale is set to begin from 12.00 am on 21 September till 11.59 pm on 24 September. Amazon Prime members however, will get an early start from 12.00 pm onwards from 20 September. There are great deals on several electronics and additionally HDFC card holders can avail 10 percent cashback on certain products. Amazon is offering up to 20 percent off on laptops during the sale and also Rs 20,000 cashback on exchange of selected gaming laptops.
Amazon sends accidental gift email to shoppers due to glitch
A technical glitch caused Amazon.com Inc (AMZN.O) to email some of its customers erroneously that they had received a gift, a spokeswoman said in a statement on Tuesday. The email displayed an image of a crawling infant and told shoppers that they had received a present from their baby registry. A number of recipients, however, reported on social media that they were not expecting a child. The Amazon spokeswoman did not immediately say what caused the glitch or how many accounts had been affected.
Kohl's To Start Accepting Amazon Returns At Select Stores
Kohl's, which is opening some in-store Amazon shops, will start accepting returns for the online retailer at some of its stores in Los Angeles and Chicago starting next month. said Tuesday it will pack and ship eligible Amazon return items for free at the 82 stores offering the service. There will be designated parking spots near the Kohl's store entrances for those doing Amazon returns.

Cloud storage start-up Minio raises $20 million
Palo Alto- and Bengaluru-based cloud storage start-up Minio Inc on Tuesday said it has raised $20 million in a funding round led by Dell Technologies Capital, General Catalyst Partners and Nexus Venture Partners. This follows the $3.3 million seed funding the firm raised from Nexus and General Catalyst in June 2015. Minio is an open-source application that gives users the ability to store their data across a range of cloud storage solutions including Amazon S3.
